1785 Berlin/Ibiza: Seeking a highly flexible nanny for a very high-profile family, to start immediately

For an inter­na­tional high-profile family based in Berlin and Ibiza, we are seeking an expe­ri­enced, highly flexible, and dedi­cated Nanny to join the family imme­dia­tely. You will provide loving care for the children while supporting their deve­lo­p­ment in a safe, struc­tured, and nurtu­ring envi­ron­ment. The family has three children aged between one and five years.

Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties

• Provide loving, atten­tive care and age-appro­priate deve­lo­p­mental support through play-based lear­ning, crea­tive acti­vi­ties, and early child­hood education.
• Support the child­ren’s language, motor, cogni­tive, and social deve­lo­p­ment while teaching good manners and etiquette.
• Ensure the child­ren’s health, hygiene, safety, and emotional well-being, inclu­ding admi­nis­te­ring first aid in emergencies.
• Prepare healthy meals and main­tain the child­ren’s laundry, bedrooms, toys, and personal belongings.
• Accom­pany the family on national and inter­na­tional travel.
• Main­tain regular commu­ni­ca­tion with the parents regar­ding the child­ren’s deve­lo­p­ment, routines, and indi­vi­dual needs.
• Exer­cise abso­lute discre­tion and comply with all secu­rity and safe­guar­ding protocols.
• Keep all child-related areas clean, orga­nised, and well maintained

Your Profile

• A reco­g­nised quali­fi­ca­tion as a Nanny, Paed­ia­tric Nurse, Early Years Educator, Midwife, or a compa­rable child­care professional.
• Several years of expe­ri­ence caring for newborns, babies, and todd­lers, ideally within high-end private households.
• A valid Paed­ia­tric First Aid Certificate.
• Sound know­ledge of early child­hood development.
• A warm, patient, reliable, and highly orga­nised personality.
• A high degree of flexi­bi­lity regar­ding working hours and willing­ness to travel.
• Fluent English; addi­tional languages are an advantage.
• A valid driving licence with confi­dent driving experience.
• Expe­ri­ence caring for multiple children simultaneously.

The Position

This role requires a candi­date with excel­lent manners, a polished appearance, abso­lute discre­tion, and unrest­ricted avai­la­bi­lity to accom­pany the family on their travels. The house­hold languages are Russian and German. Sepa­rate accom­mo­da­tion will be provided in both Berlin and Ibiza.
