1768 Austria Vienna: Seeking a caring nanny/loving caregiver immediately

We are seeking a compas­sio­nate live-in or live-out nanny/caregiver for a Vien­nese family of entre­pre­neurs to provide long-term care and support for a young adult with a deve­lo­p­mental delay. The role involves full-time care and support. You will assist the young woman in the morning with getting up, getting ready, and having break­fast, and accom­pany her to her job at a preschool, where she works very enthu­si­a­sti­cally as a part-time assistant. At the moment, however, she is at home as she is reco­ve­ring from an acute illness. Normally, you would pick her up around 2 p.m. and spend the after­noon and evening with her. The daughter enjoys drawing, cooking, and baking, and loves music. On Wednes­days, you accom­pany her to physical therapy, and on Thurs­days to thera­peutic rock clim­bing. You will work on a rota­ting sche­dule with a second nanny (e.g., 4 days on/3 days off), who will relieve you and prima­rily care for the 10-year-old son, who attends an all-day school until 5:30 p.m. Both parents work. The family is also supported by a house­keeper. The family also includes a small toy poodle.
This is a long-term position ranging from 30 hours per week up to full-time. There are various sche­du­ling options, such as alter­na­ting between 4 days on/3 days off and 3 days on/4 days off, to be arranged in consul­ta­tion with the primary nanny. The family would like you to accom­pany them to their second home during the summer and winter. It is important to the family to have constant super­vi­sion, inclu­ding someone present in the evenings to keep an eye on them. You may live with the family. There, you will have a sepa­rate room with a bed, a kitchenette, and a private bath­room. You are empa­thetic, sensi­tive, resi­lient, and have your heart in the right place.
