For a warm and lively family, we are looking for a caring, reliable and dedicated nanny to support the family in their daily lives and provide a dependable, nurturing presence for their four school-aged children. The main focus will be on caring for the two youngest children, who would benefit from sensitive guidance, shared activities and support throughout their varied daily routines.
Ideally, you already have some experience working in a private household. You are well organised, enjoy spending time with school-aged children and can keep track of everything even in a busy family environment. As the role involves frequent driving, confident driving skills and a genuine enjoyment of being behind the wheel are particularly important.
Your Responsibilities
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms tidy in the morning and ironing their laundry
- Driving the children to their hobbies, extracurricular activities and playdates in the afternoons
- Running small errands and helping to organise the family’s daily routines
- Spending quality time with the children and creating engaging, varied afternoon activities
- Preparing dinner and, in the evenings, usually helping the mother get the children ready for bed and settle them down for the night
Your Working Hours
Your working day starts in the morning and finishes in the evening. From the morning until approximately 9:30 am, you will take care of household tasks and tidy the children’s bedrooms. You will then have an extended break from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm before returning to your childcare duties in the afternoon. Your second working block will generally run from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
This is a live-in position. You will have your own bedroom with a private bathroom in a separate wing of the house, allowing you to retreat and enjoy your privacy after your working day.
