1754 Mallorca | Palma: Nanny with infant experience wanted

We are a warm, German-spea­king entre­pre­neu­rial family with a four-year-old son and are expec­ting another baby in September. We live where others go on vaca­tion – on the beau­tiful island of Mallorca in Palma. For our loving family, we are looking for an expe­ri­enced, warm-hearted and active nanny/family manager starting May 1st or June, who would like to join us long-term, think ahead, take respon­si­bi­lity – and most importantly, enjoy being part of our family.

What to Expect

Your day begins at 8:00 a.m. After taking our son to kinder­garten, you will take care of important tasks related to daily family life: grocery shop­ping, orga­ni­zing the children’s laundry, tidying play areas, checking supplies, running errands, and prepa­ring meals.

From September onwards, you will also care for our infant during the day in close coor­di­na­tion with the mother.

We would also appre­ciate occa­sional weekend support as well as flexible evening baby­sit­ting by arrangement.

Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties – Varied, Never Boring

In addi­tion to child­care, we are looking for support in family manage­ment: struc­tured grocery plan­ning, ensu­ring fresh food and beverage supplies, keeping an eye on orga­niza­tion and order, and hand­ling the small but essen­tial tasks that make ever­yday family life run smoothly.

What We Offer

What Is Important to Us

Expe­ri­ence caring for young children and infants (a back­ground in education/childcare is a plus)

Valid driver’s license with confi­dent driving skills (inclu­ding school/kindergarten runs)

Very Good English or Spanish skills

Warmth, sense of respon­si­bi­lity, and the ability to work independently

Flexi­bi­lity, orga­niza­tional skills, and enjoy­ment in actively shaping family life

Willing­ness to occa­sio­nally work weekends
