We are looking for a warm, reliable and well-orga­nised nanny to join our family from June 2026. Our family consists of four children – a girl (aged 2), a boy (aged 3), a girl (aged 7) and a boy (aged 10) – though you will never be working enti­rely on your own. A house­keeper and a cleaner are also part of our well-estab­lished team. Your working hours start at 1.30 pm and finish around 7.30 pm, some­times a little later if needed and by prior arran­ge­ment, up to 9 pm. You will collect the two little ones from nursery, help with home­work super­vi­sion and accom­pany the children to their after­noon acti­vi­ties, drive the older children to their hobbies and help prepare dinner. Your day ends around 7.30 pm. It is important to note that you will never be alone with the children – as their mum, I am always on hand to support you, whilst their dad works full-time. We would also be delighted if you could accom­pany us on our travels. A car will be provided for these trips, so a driving licence is essen­tial. We offer a 30-hour working week (Monday to Friday). We are looking for a nanny whose first language is German, who loves children, enjoys her work and ideally already has expe­ri­ence in child­care and helping with home­work. You must be able to swim, as there is a pool in the garden.

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and well-orga­nized nanny to support us in our upscale private house­hold starting in June/July 2026. Our family consists of four children—a girl (3 years), a boy (4 years), a girl (8 years), and a boy (11 years). You will never be working in sole charge. In addi­tion, a house­keeper and a cleaner are part of our well-coor­di­nated team. Your working hours will start at around 1:30 PM and end at appro­xi­m­ately 6:30 PM, occa­sio­nally exten­ding later if needed and agreed upon in advance (up to 9:00 PM). Your respon­si­bi­li­ties include picking up the two younger children from daycare, assis­ting with home­work super­vi­sion, accom­panying the children to their after­noon acti­vi­ties, driving the older children to their hobbies, and helping with dinner prepa­ra­tion. Your day typi­cally ends around 6:30 PM. It is important to note that you will never be alone with the children—I, as the mother, will always be there to support you. The father works full-time and is usually not at home during the week. We would also appre­ciate it if you are willing to accom­pany us on trips. A car will be provided for trans­por­ta­tion, so a driver’s license is required. We offer a weekly working sche­dule of 25–30 hours (Monday to Friday).

For a warm and welco­ming entre­pre­neu­rial family, we are looking for a committed and reliable family manager (m/f/d) to actively support daily family life from May onwards and to become a long-term part of an appre­cia­tive and respectful house­hold. The position comprises 25 to 35 hours per week.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with occa­sional weekend shifts as well as evening or over­night baby­sit­ting during the parents’ date nights—always by prior agree­ment. A willing­ness to occa­sio­nally travel with the family is welcome.

The house­hold includes four children aged 0 (born 06/2026), 2, 5, and 7 years, three of whom are cared for extern­ally until the after­noon. The mother is mostly at home and prima­rily takes care of the children, so the main focus of the role is family manage­ment. The mother is self-employed, and the father works full-time and travels frequently.

The duties include house­hold-related tasks exclu­ding basic clea­ning, as a cleaner is already employed in the house­hold. This includes in parti­cular tidying up, laundry care, prepa­ring after­noon snacks, and occa­sional errands/shopping.

In the after­noon and early evening, support is needed in ever­yday family life—for example through playing, doing crafts, or pain­ting with the younger children while the older children pursue their hobbies. Driving the children to leisure acti­vi­ties is also part of the responsibilities.

In the evening, the family manager supports the prepa­ra­tion of dinner or takes over this task by arran­ge­ment, joins the family for dinner, and after­wards ensures order and clean­li­ness in the kitchen and living area. Occa­sional help with the children’s bedtime routine is also desired.

A Labrador lives in the house­hold as well, and walks may be taken over as needed.

We are looking for a warm, orga­nized, and team-oriented perso­na­lity who enjoys family manage­ment. A driver’s license is manda­tory.
