For a warm and welco­ming entre­pre­neu­rial family, we are looking for a committed and reliable family manager (m/f/d) to actively support daily family life from May onwards and to become a long-term part of an appre­cia­tive and respectful house­hold. The position comprises 25 to 35 hours per week.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with occa­sional weekend shifts as well as evening or over­night baby­sit­ting during the parents’ date nights—always by prior agree­ment. A willing­ness to occa­sio­nally travel with the family is welcome.

The house­hold includes four children aged 0 (born 06/2026), 2, 5, and 7 years, three of whom are cared for extern­ally until the after­noon. The mother is mostly at home and prima­rily takes care of the children, so the main focus of the role is family manage­ment. The mother is self-employed, and the father works full-time and travels frequently.

The duties include house­hold-related tasks exclu­ding basic clea­ning, as a cleaner is already employed in the house­hold. This includes in parti­cular tidying up, laundry care, prepa­ring after­noon snacks, and occa­sional errands/shopping.

In the after­noon and early evening, support is needed in ever­yday family life—for example through playing, doing crafts, or pain­ting with the younger children while the older children pursue their hobbies. Driving the children to leisure acti­vi­ties is also part of the responsibilities.

In the evening, the family manager supports the prepa­ra­tion of dinner or takes over this task by arran­ge­ment, joins the family for dinner, and after­wards ensures order and clean­li­ness in the kitchen and living area. Occa­sional help with the children’s bedtime routine is also desired.

A Labrador lives in the house­hold as well, and walks may be taken over as needed.
