Children deserve to feel safe, supported, and genui­nely excited about each day. My goal as a nanny is not only to care for children, but to become a posi­tive, reliable presence in their lives, someone who they know they will always feel protected and cared by, someone that encou­rages their curio­sity, supports their deve­lo­p­ment, and helps create a happy and struc­tured envi­ron­ment where they can grow happily.
I have been living in Munich for almost three years and am bilin­gual in Spanish and English, with a B1 level of German. I have more than eight years of expe­ri­ence working with children in a variety of settings, inclu­ding private nanny posi­tions, occa­sional baby­sit­ting, kinder­gar­tens, a summer camp in the United States, and volun­teer work with orga­niza­tions supporting children and families.
I am curr­ently comple­ting my Bachelor’s degree in Psycho­logy, which has given me valuable insight into child deve­lo­p­ment, emotional well-being, and posi­tive commu­ni­ca­tion. My studies are fully flexible and do not affect my avai­la­bi­lity. If the right full-time oppor­tu­nity arises, I am fully available and committed to my role.
I am an active person who believes children learn best through play, explo­ra­tion, and meaningful expe­ri­ences. I enjoy plan­ning acti­vi­ties that keep children engaged, moving, lear­ning, and having fun, whether that means spen­ding time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, reading stories or simply encou­ra­ging their natural crea­ti­vity and independence.
What I love most about working with children is watching them grow into confi­dent, kind, and curious indi­vi­duals. Every child is unique, and I enjoy getting to know their perso­na­li­ties, inte­rests, and strengths.
I also believe that the best child­care comes from a strong part­ner­ship with parents. Open commu­ni­ca­tion, trust, and consis­tency are very important to me, and I am always eager to learn, grow, and provide the highest level of support possible for the fami­lies I work with.
