“Dear family,
I have been a qualified childminder since 2013 and have been working as a nanny in private households ever since, as well as a babysitter for over 26 years. In 2021, I worked in a nursery for several months and in 2022, I successfully completed a distance learning course as a specialist in early childhood education (IHK qualification) and have in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of early childhood education and development.
I am currently working part-time as a nanny for a family on a permanent contract. I am now looking for a full-time position (30–40 hours/week), with working hours and days to be agreed upon and tailored to your needs. Overnight stays and travel accompaniment (max. 2 weeks at a time) are possible by arrangement.
I take care of light household tasks (laundry, dishwasher, shopping, cooking – preferably with an organic focus) related to the child. I am flexible, organised, safety-conscious and very reliable, as well as responsible and interested in long-term cooperation. It is important to me to strike a balance between quiet, familiar routines and structure to provide security, and free playtime to encourage creativity and independent decision-making. Media-free childcare is a matter of course for me. I am a very empathetic person who listens attentively, responds to children’s needs and supports them where they need it. When communicating with parents, I value open, reliable communication on an equal footing. I would like to find a warm, down-to-earth and cosmopolitan family.
I have looked after children aged between 0 months and 13 years, most of whom I have successfully accompanied for many years. I am also a great animal lover with many years of experience with dogs and I am a non-smoker. I have a car, a childcare licence from the Essen Youth Welfare Office, a health certificate, a clean police record, various ongoing training courses and a first aid course.
I also have excellent references from various upmarket private households.
