Dear fami­lies, my desire to work as a nanny comes from a deep convic­tion to support chil­dren in their indi­vidual devel­op­ment and to be a reli­able care­giver in their lives. I place great impor­tance on partic­i­pa­tion in educa­tion – chil­dren should be able to develop freely while also learning struc­tures and rules that help them manage everyday life in the long term.

I am a very caring and empa­thetic person who listens atten­tively to chil­dren, responds to their needs, and supports them exactly where they need it at any given moment. I create a safe, respectful envi­ron­ment in which chil­dren feel comfort­able and can thrive. I handle stressful situ­a­tions with calm and compo­sure, some­thing I have consis­tently demon­strated in my previous role as a group leader in a daycare center. There, I inde­pen­dently cared for up to seven young chil­dren aged six months to three years and regu­larly supported other kinder­garten groups. Thanks to our open concept, I was able to work with chil­dren of different age groups and further develop my skills in needs-based support and encouragement.

I have success­fully completed my degree in child­hood educa­tion and possess solid theo­ret­ical and prac­tical knowl­edge in early child­hood educa­tion and devel­op­ment. Since September 2022, I have gained valu­able expe­ri­ence working in a daycare group, initially as an assis­tant along­side my studies. In February 2024, I offi­cially took on the role of group leader, assuming not only peda­gog­ical respon­si­bility for the chil­dren but also orga­ni­za­tional tasks. These expe­ri­ences showed me how impor­tant it is to me to be able to focus even more inten­sively on indi­vidual children.

As a nanny, I see the oppor­tu­nity to concen­trate more specif­i­cally on the chil­dren, support them indi­vid­u­ally, and be a stable and trusted care­giver. Close and open coop­er­a­tion with parents is partic­u­larly impor­tant to me in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the chil­dren together. In addi­tion to my peda­gog­ical expe­ri­ence, I also bring medical knowl­edge. Through my previous work in a hospital, espe­cially on a gyne­co­log­ical ward, I am expe­ri­enced in caring for young chil­dren and assessing illnesses. I quickly recog­nize what a child needs in specific moments and how to best support them, whether during illness or emotion­ally chal­lenging situations.

I am open to a long-term commit­ment to a family, including trav­eling together, and I look forward to building a trusting and warm rela­tion­ship with both the chil­dren and the parents. My goal is to accom­pany chil­dren on their journey with love, patience, and consis­tency, to provide them with a sense of secu­rity, and to support their indi­vidual devel­op­ment in the best possible way.
