Everyone once started as a Junior Nanny:
A Junior Nanny is not an au pair. A Junior Nanny is a young educator with a completed pedagogical qualification. Junior Nannies are at the beginning of their professional careers and have little or no work experience. Of course, all Junior Nannies have completed various internships and a recognition year in a kindergarten. Some Junior Nannies have also previously worked as au pairs abroad and have thus gained experience in private households.

Junior Nanny booking details
Booking period
The booking period of a Junior Nanny is very flexible. It is often the case that she supports as a team nanny on an hourly or daily basis. Part-time and full-time models are also individually possible. Employment contracts limited to three or six months are likewise possible.
Booking times
A Junior Nanny works between 15 and 30 hours per week. Working hours should be appropriate to her level of experience in order to fully meet the responsibility involved.
Monthly flat rate
A Junior Nanny is remunerated on a monthly basis. Depending on qualifications and training, the gross salary can range from approximately EUR 2,000 to 3,000 per month.
