qualified nannies, governesses and educators for private households

Finding the perfect nanny

The tasks of a nanny are divided between raising children — age-appropriate and individual support and demand — and light household activities such as shopping, food preparation, laundry care, driving and messenger services around the children.

The nannies currently available in our applicant portfolio are trained as educators, childcare workers, teachers, or pediatric nurses with additional skills such as foreign language proficiency, international experience, musical education, artistic talent, or a particular enthusiasm for sports.

Nanny job profiles and costs for permanent full-time employment

Junior nanny

A junior nanny is a career starter or career changer with educational training who comes from a public institution, for example. She earns a gross monthly salary of €3,500 or more.

Senior nanny

A senior nanny has many years of experience and the best references from private households. She also has additional qualifications, a high degree of flexibility, and earns from €3,800 gross per month.

High profile nanny

A high-profile nanny is highly qualified and has many years of experience, including in upscale households, and excellent references. She offers a high degree of flexibility, discretion, sensitivity, and availability. Furthermore, she has gained sufficient experience abroad and, thanks to her multilingualism, is confident in her international communication skills. She earns from around €4,500 gross per month.

Live-in nanny

A nanny often lives close to the family. The term “live-in nanny” usually means that the nanny lives under the same roof as the family. If there is a separate apartment, there is also sufficient privacy for the nanny. In contrast to a live-out nanny, this means that the nanny is very flexible in the mornings and evenings when it comes to childcare. The monetary benefit of the accommodation is reflected in the salary.

Maternity nanny

If you need help immediately before or after the birth, a maternity nanny, also known as a maternity nurse, is available to assist you. She helps the mother during the postpartum period and provides guidance on infant care. She also stays overnight if desired.
