\nThe family has a three-year-old son and is plan\u00adning to welcome another child in the near future. We are ther\u00ade\u00adfore looking for someone with exten\u00adsive expe\u00adri\u00adence caring for babies and todd\u00adlers who can confi\u00addently and lovingly support children through diffe\u00adrent stages of deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment. The children will be raised bilin\u00adgually in English and German, so fluent English is essential.<\/p>\n

  • Crea\u00adting a nurtu\u00adring, safe and struc\u00adtured daily routine<\/li>\n
  • Spea\u00adking English with the children throug\u00adhout the day<\/li>\n
  • Supporting with child-related and light general house\u00adhold tasks such as shop\u00adping, tidying, ironing, cooking and orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adtional duties<\/li>\n
  • Accom\u00adpanying the family on dome\u00adstic and inter\u00adna\u00adtional travel<\/li>\n
  • Caring for the children in the evenings when the parents are away<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A house\u00adkeeper working appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 30 hours per week will also be employed, so the main focus of this position is clearly child\u00adcare, with only light house\u00adhold support required.<\/p>\n

    Working Hours<\/p>\n

    The family is looking for someone flexible. During periods in Munich, regular core working hours can be agreed toge\u00adther. The position gene\u00adrally involves a 5\u2011day working week, inclu\u00adding one to two weekends per month. Days off will then be taken flexibly during the week. As the family travels regu\u00adlarly, a willing\u00adness to travel with the family and adapt to a flexible sche\u00addule is parti\u00adcu\u00adlarly important.<\/p>\n
