There is always the suspi\u00adcion that the young do not respect the atti\u00adtude and values of the old. This sounds para\u00addo\u00adxi\u00adcal. Because the young live out the values that the old have exem\u00adpli\u00adfied. So the gene\u00adra\u00adtio\u00adnal reproach is always direc\u00adted at those who raise it. It\u2019s like the forest: what you call in, sounds out again.
\nThat is why it is important not to talk about ever\u00ady\u00adthing all the time, but to live it out as a matter of course.
\nLike with healthy food. Healthy often means \u2018does\u00adn\u2019t taste good\u2019 for child\u00adren. This is just as wrong as the fact that values are inap\u00adpro\u00adpriate. Or exhaus\u00adting. Or incom\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adble with the next gene\u00adra\u00adtion. Values and morals change. They should be checked for their consis\u00adtency in content. And also for their chan\u00adging inter\u00adpre\u00adta\u00adtion and expression.
\nRespect and values should not be confu\u00adsed with adapt\u00ada\u00adtion and submis\u00adsion. Or be misu\u00adsed for that purpose. Rather, they must be a clear expres\u00adsion of appre\u00adcia\u00adtion and atten\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness. This is espe\u00adci\u00adally true in times like these.<\/p>\n<\/div>
