Usually you will receive the first appli\u00adcant port\u00adfo\u00adlios within a few days. The first cont\u00adact often takes place by phone or Skype. In a perso\u00adnal inter\u00adview you can clarify details of the posi\u00adtion to be filled and you can quickly see whether you like the appli\u00adcant. The next step is then a test work and getting to know each other in detail. It is important for both parties to expe\u00adri\u00adence ever\u00ady\u00adday life toge\u00adther. The employ\u00adment contract is concluded directly between the appli\u00adcant and the family. N4YK will gladly provide you with a draft contract.<\/p>\n
As long as the police clearance certi\u00adfi\u00adcate and medi\u00adcal certi\u00adfi\u00adcate are not available, you should conclude the employ\u00adment contract under reserve. Placement fee<\/h4>\n
Our place\u00adment fee is a success-rela\u00adted fee, which is based on the annual gross income of the person placed. It is only paya\u00adble when you conclude an employ\u00adment contract with the candi\u00addate we propose. There are no further proces\u00adsing fees beyond this.<\/p>\n
