\nI have been a qual\u00adi\u00adfied child\u00adminder since 2013 and have been working as a nanny in private house\u00adholds ever since, as well as a babysitter for over 26 years. In 2021, I worked in a nursery for several months and in 2022, I success\u00adfully completed a distance learning course as a specialist in early child\u00adhood educa\u00adtion<\/strong> (IHK qual\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion) and have in-depth theo\u00adret\u00adical and prac\u00adtical knowl\u00adedge of early child\u00adhood educa\u00adtion and development.
\nI am currently working part-time as a nanny for a family on a perma\u00adnent contract. It is impor\u00adtant to me to strike a balance between quiet, familiar routines and struc\u00adture to provide secu\u00adrity, and free play\u00adtime to encourage creativity and inde\u00adpen\u00addent deci\u00adsion-making. Media-free child\u00adcare is a matter of course for me. I am a very empa\u00adthetic person who listens atten\u00adtively, responds to chil\u00addren\u2019s needs and supports them where they need it. When commu\u00adni\u00adcating with parents, I value open, reli\u00adable commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion on an equal footing. I would like to find a warm, down-to-earth and cosmopolitan family.
\nI have looked after chil\u00addren aged between 0 months and 13 years, most of whom I have success\u00adfully accom\u00adpa\u00adnied for many years. I am also a great animal lover with many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence with dogs and I am a non-smoker. I have a car, a child\u00adcare licence from the Essen Youth Welfare Office, a health certifi\u00adcate, a clean police record, various ongoing training courses and a first aid course.
